This ambitious scheme, approved by the Union Cabinet, aims to provide seamless access to a vast repository of scholarly journals to millions of students, faculty, and researchers across the country.

By consolidating disparate journal subscriptions and negotiating favorable deals with leading publishers, ONOS will level the playing field for researchers in both urban and rural areas.
