IIT-Bombay goes Virtual to Host Pulitzer Prize Awardees

The global market for virtual events is presently seeing strong growth. One of the main factors driving the growth of the market is rapid urbanization and the growing adoption of virtual infrastructure, software and services by organizations around the world. For various drives, including event marketing, content and social media establishment, access management, event outsourcing and analytics, virtual events, particularly by small and large-scale organizations, have been widely adopted.

In addition to the extensive use of audio and video conferencing for recruitment purposes, factors such as the emerging trend of digitization are expected to further drive the market.

On 12 and 13 December, the virtual edition of Techfest will have an international digital disruption summit consisting of keynotes and workshops by CXOs and MDs in industries that have adopted digitalization by various means. It will be conducted on December 19 and 20. Summit boasts of a lineup consisting of Pulitzer Prize Awardees, several renowned Indian journalists including Rajdeep Sardesai, Anant Goenka and Ravish Kumar along with international journalists and leaders from the corporate side of media.
