The Vice Chancellor of AUD, Anu Singh Lather, mentioned in a press conference that approximately 3,09,237 students have applied for undergraduate courses through CUET this year, while 89,773 have shown interest in postgraduate programs. Lather also stated that AUD has secured the seventh position among the top ten universities in the country. Furthermore, the university has reserved 85% of its seats for students from Delhi and the remaining 15% for students from outside Delhi.
During the brochure launch event for undergraduate and postgraduate admissions, Lather announced a provision for the reservation of one seat under the orphan quota in each program. Students admitted under this category will have their entire fee waived.
Additionally, AUD will offer Competence Enhancement Scheme courses, which are short-term courses lasting six months.
