Brandix Corporate Campus collaborates with RMIT University in Australia

Brandix Corporate Campus (BCC), Sri Lanka’s leading institution for apparel and textile education, has entered into a strategic partnership with RMIT University, Australia, to provide students with a smooth transition to advanced global education.

As part of this collaboration, BCC students enrolled in select programs will have the opportunity to continue their studies at RMIT’s campuses in Australia or Vietnam after completing their coursework at BCC.

This partnership specifically targets students in the Advanced Diploma in Fashion Apparel and Textile (ADFAT) program at BCC. Upon finishing this course, students will be able to further their studies at RMIT University, which is globally recognized and ranked 10th in Australia according to the QS Global University Rankings for its excellence in design, technology, and innovation.

Through this initiative, students can progress to RMIT’s Bachelor of Fashion Enterprise program, with the first year of the three-year degree waived for those who have completed the two-year ADFAT program at BCC.

Brandix Managing Director Hasitha Premaratne said, “Sri Lanka and Brandix were always at the forefront of the global apparel industry and through BCC we present our youth a platform to expand their skills to drive the next phase of growth and evolution. Our partnership with the RMIT University brings significant value and stands testimony to our broader commitment to grow Sri Lankan talent and propel them on to the world stage.”

School of Fashion and Textiles Dean Professor Alice Payne said, “We are delighted to partner with Brandix to support the development of the future industry workforce and leaders.”
