Rishihood and Chester Sign MoU to Foster Academic Opportunities
The collaboration between Rishihood University in Sonipat, India and the University of Chester in the United Kingdom (UK) has been formalized with the signing of a three-year Memorandum of Understanding (MoU). The agreement, which is a result of a virtual meeting between the two institutions, is intended to improve academic and research opportunities for faculty and students who are associated with the School of Creativity at Rishihood University and the University of Chester in the field of higher education, as stated in an official announcement.
The focus of the MoU will be on promoting the exchange of students and staff at both the undergraduate and postgraduate levels to encourage a wide-ranging and valuable learning experience in different fields. We are working together to expand into areas such as improving learning and teaching, as well as sharing publications and materials that we both find interesting.
“The academic collaboration marks a dynamic partnership aimed at fostering innovative educational and research opportunities. This alliance serves as a platform for students and faculty from both institutions to exchange knowledge, explore creative pursuits and collectively contribute to the field of higher education,” Manika Walia, dean of the School of Creativity, said.
Furthermore, the agreement is believed to open avenues for Rishihood University students to participate in undergraduate and postgraduate programs at the University of Chester and engage in collaborative research initiatives, as per the release.
