NTA Announces CUET PG 2025 Exam Dates: Registration Open Until February 8

The National Testing Agency (NTA) has announced the dates for the CUET PG 2025 exam. The complete schedule for the Common University Entrance Test (CUET PG 2025) can be accessed and downloaded by candidates at nta.ac.in. The tests allow for a maximum of four question papers or subtopics.

The official announcement states, “The registration period for CUET (PG) – 2025 for the Academic Year 2025-26 opened from 02 January to 08 February 2025, with a correction window available from 10 to 12 February 2025 for required changes. The assessment will take place in Computer-Based Test (CBT) format from 13 March to 01 April 2025, across 43 sessions of 90 minutes each.

As stated in the official announcement, the CUET PG examinations are scheduled to take place from March 13 to April 1, 2025. The exam will take place in three sessions: the first session from 9 am to 10:30 am, the second session from 12:30 pm to 2 pm, and the third session from 4 pm to 5:30 pm. The tests will be held over 43 sessions, each lasting 90 minutes. The CUET PG examination will take place for 157 different subjects.

Students could sign up for CUET (PG) 2025 for the 2025–2026 academic year from January 2 to February 8, 2025. Any required adjustments could be implemented during the correction period, which lasted from February 10 to February 12, 2025.

The test will take place for 4,12,024 distinct registered candidates across 157 subjects. Similar to previous years, they were allowed to choose up to four test papers or subjects. The test will take place in computer-based test (CBT) mode for a duration of 90 minutes.

The NTA announcement states, “The language of the Question Paper for the CUET PG 2025 will be English and Hindi." (Bilingual) except for the following: 41 language papers, M.Tech./Higher Sciences: The papers will be exclusively in English, Acharya Papers: The paper will solely be in Sanskrit, except for Indian Knowledge System and Baurdha Darshana, which will be Trilingual (Hindi/Sanskrit/English), while Hindu Studies will be in Hindi and English.

The CUET PG 2025 exam will continue to utilize the 75-question format from last year. Every correct answer gets four points according to the scoring system, while one point is subtracted for each incorrect answer.
