National Institute of Technology Calicut (NIT Calicut) and Vehant Technologies have agreed to jointly teach BTech, MTech and PhD students. Vehant Technologies provides AI/ML-based security and surveillance solutions.

The collaboration will foster collaborative projects between NIT Calicut students, faculty and the R and D team at Vehant that will focus on developing and applying AI/ML technologies in security areas such as physical security, surveillance, monitoring traffic and safety. Industry analysts read NIT Calicut's statement.

The statement added that the two signatories are committed to making important contributions to the university and industry through collaborative projects.

Vehant and NIT Calicut decided to collaborate in various areas of AI/ML and related fields, realizing each other's strengths. Considering the common needs, the faculty of NIT Calicut will participate in the programs suggested by Vehant and provide educational programs.
