The law exam dates for the Winter 2024 session at the University of Mumbai have been revised. The exams in the law colleges associated with the institution that were originally planned for December 2, 2024 have been rescheduled to January 22, 2025. Additionally, the exams for first year LLB/BLS (5 years course), BA LLB (five years integrated course), and first year LLB/BLS (sem 1) (5 years course) are scheduled for January 22.

In the meantime, while the Assembly elections in Maharashtra are taking place, the University of Mumbai has also rearranged some exams for online and distance learning courses. Mumbai University announced on October 18 that all exams set for November 19 and 20 have been rescheduled to November 30 and December 7. The CDOE Mumbai University confirmed that the location for the semester exams will not change, alongside the announcement of the revised exam date.

The renowned university has also prolonged the closing date for admission to online and remote courses for both undergraduate and postgraduate programs. The deadline for the admission process of first-year MMS courses has been pushed back to October 30. In addition, the application deadline for the PG Diploma in Financial Management (Session 1 and 2) has been prolonged.
