ISB Launches PGP YL for Emerging Leaders

The Indian School of Business (ISB) has launched PGP YL (Post Graduate Programme in Management for Young Leaders) which is a 20 months full time residential programme. Designed for postgraduates and early professionals with up to two years of working experience, this MBA equivalent course will commence in mid-2025.

The PGP YL is designed to provide young talents the necessary knowledge and skills to become successful managers in today’s competitive business environment. It aligns a set of standard business courses with new-age subjects in technology, data, and analytics, with a global perspective. The programme is aimed at developing effective thinkers capable to solve the real-life challenges of the contemporary business environment.

Given the fact that most of the participants in the PGP YL may have little workplace experience, the program lays emphasis on the practical application of knowledge. This entails tangible programs such as a Business Design Lab and an Innovation Lab and a compulsory two months summer internship which provides the students with a feel of real business world. Teaching in the curriculum is done by the faculty of ISB and guest faculty from other B-Schools across the world making the education highly globalised.
