IIM-Rohtak Placement Highlights Avg. CTC: Rs 19.27 Lakh

Indian Institute of Management Rohtak (IIM Rohtak) held the recruitment fair for its 13th batch of 2-year MBAs under the' Post Graduate Programme' (PGP).

“The mean career starting salary of the batch is Rs. 19, 27, 284, with a growth rate of 3 percent compared to last year’s salary of 18, 73,102. The highest remunerations offered to the top 10 percent, 25 percent, and 50 percent of the batch at 37, 24,940,

IIM currently partners with about 200 corporations, claimed by the institute for the year. This is 70 plus sales and consultant roles, and new recruiters like Airtel Payments Bank, Bloomberg, Decathlon, Dell, Havells, IDBI Bank and Maruti Suzuki.

Recruiters like Adobe, Aditya Birla, Tata Steel, Amazon, Barclays, Tata Steel, Capgemini, Cognizant, ICICI Bank, Mahindra & Mahindra, Of Business and Reliance Retail expressed their faith, again, in the students of IIM Rohtak noting that the students this batch of students have excellent academic capabilities and competencies.
Among many things that 2020 will be remembered for, it has left us with several pre-placement offers given by organizations to IIM Rohtak students recruiting, which will also be a carryover from previous years.

Marketing and sales are still the professions most noticed by larger companies, with a concentration of offers. In contrast, last year, the number was 21 percent. On the contrary, the highest CTC has also been offered in domaining.

General management and HR, the 2nd most popular category, accounted for 27 percent of the offers (while the same category in the previous year was 21 percent of the offers).

Product management, IT and operations accounted for approximately 20% of the contracted parcels, compared to the 15% we had in the previous year.

Job offers in the fields of banking, financial services, and insurance (BFSI) and FinTech (15%) were more abundant than those offered by consulting firms (8%).

Prof Koustab Ghosh, Dean, IIM Rohtak, said: The IIM Ahmadabad offers the lowest fee among top IIMs in India. Hence, IIM Rohtak is the college with the best return on investment (ROI) among the best B-schools.
