AMU opens admission for short-term certificate courses for female students
Admissions for the Center for Skill Development and Career Planning's short-term courses have started at Aligarh Muslim University. Class 10 female students may apply for the certificate programmes. These courses will start offering classes on October 1.
The courses being offered by the university are Computer Typing (Hindi and English), Word Processing, Tally, Web Designing and Publishing, Electronic Data Processing, Computer Programming (PYTHON), Garment Making, Fashion Illustration and Sketching, Interior Decoration, Beauty Culture (Skin Care, Hair Care and Advance Courses), Commercial Arts and English Fluency Development Course.
Professor Naima Khatoon (Director, Centre for Skill Development and Career Planning) informed, “The admission forms are available at the Office of the Centre for Skill Development and Career Planning from 9 am to 4 pm on working days. Interested candidates can visit the Office of the Centre and check the university website, amu.ac.in for further details”.

"The Centre for Skill Development and Career Planning was initially established to impart vocational skill training to the female students of AMU and later extended to ex-students, external students and home makers.
