Manchester University Offers £24,000 Scholarships for Indian Students
Manchester University, placed 6th in the UK and 38th worldwide, has revealed new scholarships for undergraduate (UG) and postgraduate (PG) courses. The university plans to grant 100 merit-based undergraduate scholarships, referred to as Global Futures Scholarships, to qualified international students.
Indian students intending to pursue an undergraduate degree at the university can apply for this scholarship, worth £24,000 (around Rs 26 lakh). The last date to submit applications is April 10, 2025. The results for the selected candidates will be revealed on April 30.
The scholarship is relevant to multiple fields such as the School of Social Sciences, School of Environment, Education & Development, School of Arts, Languages & Cultures, and Alliance Manchester Business School.
Manchester University has additionally launched 230 postgraduate scholarships, with each valued at 8,000 pounds (around Rs 8.75 lakh). This financial support will be offered as a reduction in tuition fees for selected students.
