Cover Story
Higher education in Taiwan has been moving from traditional educational methods to technology-oriented teaching pedagogies with their industry-aligned curriculums and teaching pedagogies. This has not only helped the country to attract the attention of aspiring students from across the world but it has also helped Taiwanese higher education destinations to climb up the list of premier international higher education institutions. This is a proven fact and a recent survey shows that the number of international students in Taiwan has risen from 45, 413 in 2010 to 130, 417 in 2019 and the ever increasing international student enrolments act as a testament that showcases how much higher education in Taiwan has improved over the course of the last decade.
