The 21st century is marked by the advent of novel communication technologies that have expedited the globalization processes within our society. This has led to the creation of an interconnected world that functions on a global scale while maintaining local existence, ultimately enriching humanity with knowledge. Knowledge emerges as the true resource of this globalized and interconnected world. Regrettably, the experience of the pandemic revealed a missed opportunity to fully capitalize on the potential to transcend all boundaries.
