The seed of starting Indus Valley Public School was sown when the owner of this school, Vishal Singh realised the need for an innovative educational institution that can offer the best value for money education to the students. His visits to his village, followed by the stories of their hardships left a deep impact on him, and the zeal to change their condition through the tool of education developed inside him quite early.

Today, around 5000 students are receiving education at Indus Valley Public School and hundreds of people have already been expediently employed thus strengthening the educational fabric of our country / society. Operating with a mission to strive towards excellence by providing a stimulating and safe environment, encouraging creativity and individual thinking, developing positive self-esteem and energizing multiple intelligences, Indus Valley Public School has been able to offer a holistic learning experience for their students.

Staying Unique and Original

By integrating the latest teaching pedagogies into their curriculum, Indus Valley Public School has been able to equip their students with the needed skills required to thrive in the modern world. Adding more about the uniqueness of the education imparted at the institute, Shikha Sharma, Principal, Indus Valley Public School says, "œOur objective here is to enable the students to emerge as the leaders of tomorrow with high self-esteem and social responsibilities.

Hence, various practices and innovations are introduced when required for the development of a child in a holistic manner. We at the institute believe that a curious mind is the foundation of education. The mind is ignited through various challenging and innovative educational activities. The different forms of art in education help in bringing the class to life. We focus on encouraging independence among individual students while ensuring creative thinking in new situations. We like to see the happy faces of our children, as happiness leads to good learning. So, it's a cycle that's active here and sets us apart from others. For this reason, we are associated with the Ramakrishna Mission Society. It works for the all-round welfare of humanity. Our students and teachers are sent there to gain further knowledge which is later tested also. It lets the seed grow in the direction it wants to grow but with humanity".

At Indus Valley Public School, teaching is conducted in a stress-free environment in the most interactive manner. The teaching and learning process at the school involves the nurturing and guiding of the learners. The institute also makes sure that the learning of their students is not just limited to the books and the school environment. They provide students a fusion of modern outlook and cultural heritage aiming at their holistic development.

Indus Valley Public School's constant endeavour is to extend the teaching beyond classrooms so as to imbibe basic skills amongst students in a comprehensive manner. While academics remain the important part of education at the institute, the overall objective is to enable the students to emerge as leaders of tomorrow with high selfesteem and social responsibilities.

Top-notch Faculty to impart class leading education

Faculty is at the core of every educational institution and when talking about the faculty at Indus Valley Public School and the importance of offering value-added education, Shikha adds, "œTeachers here are the support system of our students. From the students' mental development in the initial stage to their creativity and curiosity, the best out of the students are nurtured by the teachers.

Their active participation in the classroom helps them mould into confident learners. It is the fun and exciting learning here that builds a good relationship between students and teachers. Teachers' encouragement and positivity further strengthen the bond between the two and the students can turn to their teachers without any hesitation.

Along with the academic curriculum and co-curricular activities that focus on the holistic development of our students, we also believe in imparting the moral and ethical values among our students. Moral values hold importance in the development of children into a well-balanced individual. It is like preparing the students for future roles in society as once they are out of school, they not only have knowledge but also the moral values".
