Hindustan School of Law offers BBA LLB, BA LLB, LLM and a two-year LL.M. program specializing in Corporate and Business Law, designed to equip students for successful careers in the corporate world. This course not only prepares graduates for roles in business but also enables them to practice in relevant legal areas, including the National Company Law Tribunals (NCLTs), Debt Recovery Tribunals (DRTs), and other tribunals. The curriculum is contemporary and up-to-date, emphasizing mandatory components such as internships and legal research to enhance practical learning.
The faculty at Hindustan School of Law comprises highly qualified professionals with extensive academic credentials and rich experience. Many faculty members have real-time experience as advocates and counsels before the Supreme Court, various High Courts, and trial courts. Notably, the institution engages retired judges and practising advocates to instruct LL.M. students in banking and corporate law. The school encourages its faculty to pursue online courses through SWAYAM and NPTEL, and to participate in faculty development programs (FDPs) and seminars to stay updated with legal trends.

In compliance with BCI norms, a four-week mandatory internship is required for all undergraduate students, while LL.M. students must complete a one-month internship.

To further enhance the educational experience, Hindustan School of Law has established a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Center of Excellence in Digital Electronics Forensics in Chennai.
