In the larger domain of human capital, education and skill development has a big role. Therefore, Education is the base for economic growth as well as social transformation for any country. Among all the key indicators of socio-economic development like the economy's growth rate, literacy rate, birth rate, death rate and infant mortality rate (IMR), the literacy rate of the country is one of the most vital ones as the rise and fall of others largely depend upon the country's literacy rate.
