Prof. Arun Abraham Elias, Director & Dean
Prof. Elias joined Rajagiri after associating with Victoria University of Wellington for 24 years, holding positions like Associate Dean and MBA Director. He has a PhD in Management from Victoria University of Wellington, New Zealand, and holds two Master’s degrees—one from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Kharagpur and the other from Allahabad University. He is active in the B-school accreditation space as a mentor for AACSB and a panel member for EFMD and AMBA.
