Institute of Engineering & Technology
following many such topics that tend to
deal with relevant issues challenging the
field of engineering and technology.
"˜Automated Cervical Cancer
Detection through RGVF segmentation
and SVM Classification' and various
other researches clearly elaborate the
amount of seriousness and dedication
given to bring in technical solutions to
various health hazards. These projects
providing solutions to various technical
and societal issues are addressed by
the collaboration of reputed institutes
and organization proving instrumental
in enhancing the skills of students and
faculty members thereby making these
research works successful.
In order to enhance research further,
MoUs with Infosys and TCS have yield
better expertise of students required as
per industrial requirements. Likewise,
a number of collaboration with IEEE,
ICT, SAP, and Start-up-village has
been made to benefit the internal
stakeholders. In return, these ventures
have bagged many awards and accolades
to the institute such as Active Centre
Award from Infosys, Active Centre
Certification from Shriram Group of
Companies and various certifications
from IEEE, IAAP, Indian Society of
Mechanical Engineers and ICGS Samar.
With a number of reputed
organizations such as Ernst & Young,
UST Global, SAP, TCS, Infosys visiting
the campus every year, the 95 per cent
placement record is considered as the
best so far and revered among other
institutes in the region in terms of
placement standards. It is believed by
the institute that one could easily find

the bright minds of the institute. In order to keep the students

As students await the annual festival "˜Brahma', the
institute is all set to explore the interchange of ideas in areas
of technical, non technical and cultural front. The institute
organizes this event with a view to allow their student
for exposure which thereby increases relation with other
