UP Board Introduces Pilot Online Monitoring Project
A pilot online monitoring project has been initiated in Prayagraj division to enhance the quality of education and oversee educational activities in government secondary schools affiliated with the Secondary Education Council, i.e. UP Board.
The joint pilot online monitoring project was initiated by Dr. Mahendra Dev, Secondary Education Director, and Divya Kant Shukla, Education Deputy Director, Prayagraj division on Saturday.
In order to monitor the educational activities of 150 government inter-colleges in the Prayagraj division, a modern control room has been established in the office of the Joint Director of Education.
The control room has begun online monitoring of 150 government residential schools across four districts in the division - Prayagraj, Pratapgarh, Fatehpur, and Kaushambi. Thirty-five government residential schools in Prayagraj, twenty-five in Kaushambi, forty-seven in Fatehpur, and forty-three in Pratapgarh will be supervised. The control room located in the office of the Joint Director of Education, Secondary, Prayagraj will directly monitor the classrooms of these schools.
It will determine if the teachers are conducting classes in the schools. Furthermore, additional school activities will also be identified. Technology can be used to monitor educational institutions without the need for in-person visits. During the event, Dr. Mahendra Dev, Director of Secondary Education, stated that the students attending government inter colleges are exceptionally bright. They only require appropriate direction.
