V. Hema Naik, president of the Araku Parliamentary Tribals Progressive Association, asked both the Central and State Governments to develop more skill-oriented training programs for tribal students so that they may acquire jobs in reputable organizations. The group organized a job-awareness workshop for tribal students in Saluru, Parvathipuram-Manyam district, as per bharattimes.

Dr. Naik stated on the occasion that tribal students were unable to obtain jobs in software and international corporations due to a lack of proper training and skill-oriented activities in Palakonda, Parvathipuram, Saluru, and other constituencies in the Araku Parliament segment.

"We request that the officials of the Parvathipuram-Manyam District and the Andhra Pradesh Central Tribal University launch short-term training programs and certificate courses." The endeavour would undoubtedly demonstrate that tribal kids were second to none in proving themselves," said Dr. Hema Nayak, Resident Medical Officer of National Thermal Power Corporation.
