PM Modi To Address Around 39 Lakh Participants At Pariksha Pe Charcha 2023 On Jan 27

Every year, during Pariksha Pe Charcha, Modi engages with students who will be taking the upcoming board exam. He also responds to questions from students at the event on exam stress and other topics. On January 27, PM Modi will engage in conversation with educators, parents, and children during the yearly Pariksha Pe Charcha. The Talkatora Indoor stadium will be the stage for the sixth iteration of the annual event.

"The wait is over! #PPC2023 is going to be held on 27th January 2023 at Talkatora Indoor Stadium, New Delhi. Hon'ble PM Shri @narendramodi will interact with students, parents, and teachers. Stay Tuned! #ExamWarriors," the ministry said in a tweet.

As per to the Honorable Prime Minister Narendra Modi, one of the most fascinating programmes that offers a chance to debate ideas to make tests less stressful and encourage students is Pariksha Pe Charcha.

On February 16, 2018, the stadium hosted the first iteration of the Prime Minister's interactive session with high school and college students.

"Pariksha Pe Charcha is among the most exciting programmes, giving an opportunity to discuss ways to make exams stress-free and support our #ExamWarriors. I look forward to the programme on the 27th of this month and urge you all to take part in this unique interaction. #PPC2023," PM Modi tweeted on Wednesday.

"Pariksha Pe Charcha is part of the larger movement - 'Exam Warriors' - led by Prime Minister Narendra Modi, to create a stress-free atmosphere for youngsters. It is a movement that is driven by the PM to bring together students, parents, teachers and the society to foster an environment where the unique individuality of each child is celebrated, encouraged and allowed to express itself fully," the ministry said in a brief.

According to the Ministry of Education (MoE), enrollments this year compared to 2022 have more than doubled. In comparison to PPC-2022, which had about 15.7 lakh participants, PPC-2023 had about 38.80 lakh participants (children making up 31.24 lakh, teachers making up 5.6 lakh, and parents making up 1.95 lakh).

Students, instructors, and parents from more than 150 countries have signed up for PPC-2023, according to the statement.

From November 25 to December 30, participants could register to take part in the yearly event.

About 2,050 kids, teachers, and parents who were chosen through contests on MyGov would receive PPC kits, according to ministry officials.
