Kerala Govt Facilitates IIITM-K's Futuristic Campus

The Kerala government made a significant decision to improve higher education by approving the establishment of a new campus for the Indian Institute of Information Technology and Management- Kerala (IIITM-K). The much anticipated campus is set to be finished by 2025 with an impressive budget of Rs 109.60 Crore.

IIITM-K, which was first established as an autonomous academic institution in 2000 on the Technopark campus in Kerala, has been offering postgraduate programs in information technology and computer science. Over time, the institution transformed into a digital state university in Thiruvananthapuram.

Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan went on "X" (formerly Twitter) to announce the exciting news, saying, "The Kerala Government has approved the formation of the Indian Institute of Information Technology and Management- Kerala (IIITM-K)." The campus is scheduled to be finished by 2025 at an anticipated cost of Rs 109.60 Crore, driving Kerala's progression into a cutting-edge economy.

The new IIITM-K campus in Kerala is expected to have a major impact on students' job prospects. It has been designed to offer state-of-the-art facilities and resources, greatly improving the overall learning experience.
