JEE Main 2021 Result: Check Steps to Download Score CardThe JEE (Joint Entrance Exam) Main 2021 Exam will be conducted from 23rd to 26th of February 2021. This year the exam conducting authority NET (National Entrance Test) has decided to conduct this exam in 4 sessions that will be held in February, March, April, and May respectively. This means that a candidate can appear for this exam 4 times if they feel that their performance can be improved. They don’t have to appear for all the tests, but if a candidate appears for multiple sessions, then his/her best scores will be considered while preparing the merit or ranking list.

The result of the first session will be released by 7th of March, and similarly, the dates for the remaining sessions will be declared a couple of weeks after the exams. To check the scorecard, i.e. JEE Main result, you can follow the below steps:

  • You will need to visit the official website of JEE Main 2021 Exam first. To visit the website
  • On this website, you will find the link to the result on the result date. For knowing the result date, you will need to keep visiting the website for latest updates.
  • Once you find this result link, you will have to click on it after which you will be redirected to a new page. On this page, you will have to submit details like your application number and date of birth to get instant access to your result.
  • After entering these details, you will need to enter a security pin (captcha code). You will need to click the ‘submit’ button and your result will be displayed directly on the screen.

Do not forget to check whether your details are correctly displayed in the result. After confirming the result, you can save a PDF file and take a couple of printouts of the same for further use.

Details that are displayed in the JEE Main 2021 Result

The JEE Main 2021 Result also contains the cut off marks or percentage that a candidate must score to qualify for the further process. Along with the cut off marks, this result also contains the following details of the JEE Main 2021 Exam:

  • Name of the candidate
  • Father’s name & Mother’s name
  • Category & Subcategory
  • Eligibility code as per the state
  • Nationality
  • Subject-wise marks and total of the JEE Main 2021 Paper
  • Category rank and All India rank of the candidate
  • Cut off Score
  • Other instructions

Remember that the JEE Main 2021 result will not be sent via email, post, or any other means. The only way to obtain it is to log in to the website using the details mentioned in the above process.

JEE Main 2021 Final Result

The final JEE Main 2021 Result will be out once all the 4 sessions of the JEE Main 2021 Exam are completed. This result will contain the best score obtained by a candidate in all the 4 sessions. The final cut off will be released only after the 4th session. This cut off will determine whether your score is enough for securing admission to the best and elite colleges of India including the IIT and NIT colleges.

The cut off will be released category wise as different cut-offs are stipulated for the various categories. Therefore, it is the category cut off that you will have to check while analyzing your eligibility for the further process.
