IIT Madras and CII Set to Relaunch SCMPro Certification Program
The Centre for Outreach and Digital Education (CODE), IIT Madras, and CII Institute of Logistics are soon to re-launch the SCMPro certification programme. This version of the program features video lectures by faculty from IIT Madras.
Professionals from the sectors of Manufacturing, IT, e-Commerce, Retail, FMCG, or Logistics can enroll for the course. Also, students from any engineering domains, commerce, science, or business management institutions can register for the course.
SCM Pro has trained more than 40,000 professionals over the past ten years. The Institute of Logistics from the CII will be combining the academic knowledge with the curriculum. The revised curriculum has been prepared in order to make participants proficient in their supply chain management.
This program module consists of 30 hours of video content, e-study materials, and downloadable transcripts. Candidates will be able to participate in discussion forums and take remote proctored online exams each Sunday, receiving a certificate co-issued by CII and CODE, IIT Madras.
To obtain the certificate, participants are required to pass an online test featuring 200 multiple-choice questions (MCQs) with 3 hours (180 minutes) duration. A Minimum score of 70% (140 out of 200) is required to pass the assessment. Learners can utilize the course resources for one year.
