A national colloquium on "Women in Science and Technology: Fostering Innovation" is being organised by the Science and Engineering Research Board (SERB) and the Indian Institute of Technology Gandhinagar (IITGN). On September 29 and 30, 2022, the national conclave will be placed at IIT Gandhinagar.

Women from the industry will facilitate various discussions in the field. The conclave will be an assembly of some of the most distinguished thinkers from India for a two-day event on September 29 and 30, 2022.

“Women in Science and Technology: Fostering Innovation” aims to “encourage women working in science, technology, and engineering fields to translate their innovative ideas into technology, instill the spirit of entrepreneurship in the participants, and facilitate discussions about translational research and its challenges”, said a statement issued by IIT Gandhinagar.
