IIM Kashipur Enters Into An Agreement With Atal Tinkering Lab

The Design Innovation Centre (DIC) of the Indian Institute of Management Kashipur in Dehradun's Udham Singh Nagar district signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the Atal Tinkering Lab (ATL) at The Gurukul Foundation School in Kashipur to instill innovation, creativity, and entrepreneurship among young students.

The MoU was inked at the IIM Kashipur campus by DIC coordinator Prof Kumkum Bharti and ATL-TGFS chairman Neeraj Kapoor. Prof. Kulbhushan Balooni, director of IIM Kashipur, and Ramesh Chandra Arya, district chief education officer, was in attendance, as per TOI.

"The MoU's goal is to foster collaboration and knowledge exchange between DIC and ATL," Prof Bharti stated. This collaboration aims to improve school-based innovation, design thinking, and skill-building by fostering research and development initiatives, skill-building programs, and training.

IIT Bhilai has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with DAAD, Germany, to enhance teacher interaction between the two universities. The agreement intends to encourage collaboration in areas of mutual scientific interest and to strengthen India-Germany relations. The program will allow for teacher exchange programs between IIT Bhilai and prestigious German universities. The Memorandum of Understanding was signed at the German Embassy in New Delhi.

The Government Industrial Training Institute (Women) in Gurgaon has partnered with Moksha Wellness to empower women with training and work possibilities. Moksha Wellness, which owns a salon chain in Delhi-NCR, will give students with training and job placements upon completion. The collaboration strives to address industrial requirements and prepare students for the workforce. Monthly training sessions, specific training programs, and the development of a salon at the institute for practical training are all part of the agreement.
