Goa Board GBSHSE HSSC Result 2023 To be Declared on May 8
Goa Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education (GBSHSE) will on May 6 declare the HSSC results at 4:30 pm. Students can check their results at the official website – results.gbshsegoa.net. The consolidated result will be out on May 8 from 9 am.
This year, the HSSC term one exam began on November 10, 2022. Over 19000 students appeared for the HSSC exams. The practical exams were held from February 1 and the NSQF Practical exams began from February 7 onwards. The fee payment window was available between August 8 to August 11, 2022. The HSSC term two examinations began on March 15 and ended on March 31, 2023. The term two examinations for HSSC vocational stream were held from March 16 till March 27.
The Goa HSSC announced the results on May 21, 2022, and the exams were held from April 5 to April 23, 2022. The Goa HSSC class 12 exams were held across the state in 18 locations and 72 sub-centers. The Goa Class 12 HSSC exams were taken by 18,201 pupils, including 8,925 male applicants and 9,276 female candidates. The overall passing rate was 92.66 percent. Streamwise pass percentages for Arts were 95.68 percent, Commerce was 95.71 percent, Science was 93.95 percent, and Vocational was 79.04 percent.
The tests were cancelled in 2021 owing to Covid-19, and the candidates were assigned scores based on internal assessment. The overall pass percentage was 99.41%.
