Delhi University Releases Important Advice For J&K, Ladakh Students According To Prime Minister's Special Scholarship Scheme
Delhi University has released important advice for Jammu and Kashmir, and Ladakh students selected for undergraduate (UG) admission in 2022 under the Prime Minister's Special Scholarship Scheme (PMSS). Candidates who were given a BA, BSc, or BVoc by the AICTE but were not given a place at the university are asked to define the appropriate B.A or B.Sc programme by 11:59 pm on October 27. AICTE and DU regulations prohibit changing the college that was assigned to a student.
According to the DU statement, the "Final allocation is subject to the fulfillment of eligibility criteria, and other rules stated by AICTE and DU.
The DU and AICTE's decision in this matter shall be final.
The seat vacancy information for DU admissions 2022 CSAS Round 2 was released today. More than 59,000 students have already secured seats in Round 1.
Students can now check out the vacancies adapt to 'upgrade' their seats if they so want. The second seat allotment list will be out on October 30 and students will have until November 1 to accept the new seats.
The PMSSS scholarship offers Jammu, Kashmir, and Ladakh students UG admissions in other states to promote national integration through exposure to the culture in other states.
