"Mission Buniyaad aims to strengthen every child's foundation in the classroom, preparing future engineers, doctors, and CEOs for the country."

Atishi and Delhi Mayor Shelly Oberoi met with 2,700 principals from city government and Municipal Corporation of Delhi schools as part of 'Mission Buniyaad' in the new academic session. "Mission Buniyaad aims to strengthen every child's foundation in the classroom, preparing future engineers, doctors, and CEOs for the country."

"Our government is committed to providing quality education and opportunities to every child," Atishi added. She stated that every child should have access to a good education and fair chances, as B R Ambedkar envisioned 75 years ago. "The children studying in Delhi's government schools are the future of the country, and their foundational learning can only be strengthened through joint efforts of MCD and DoE," she said. Mayor Oberoi stated that the Delhi government has an efficient education programme, and that the MCD administration will implement a similar concept in its schools.

"Students make significant contributions to nation-building; therefore, an education model that promotes their overall development is required." Teachers' training is crucial in this regard, and the MCD, like the Kejriwal administration, would send teachers abroad for training," she said. Summer camps, special classes, and mega PTM are just a few of the goals of 'Mission Buniyaad' for the coming academic year.
