CTE Introduce Virtual Internship Program in Cyber Security
The Consortium for Technical Education (CTE) is pleased to announce the launch of the Cyber ​​Security Virtual Internship Program. The program is implemented in collaboration with Andhra Pradesh State Skill Development Corporation (APSSDC). Starting November 25, 2023, this comprehensive program offers students interested in cybersecurity a unique opportunity to gain real-world experience in a virtual environment.
The 10-week virtual internship program is carefully structured to provide students with an immersive learning experience in the dynamic field of cyber security. APSSDC's carefully selected participants have a basic knowledge of cyber security and networks, basic programming skills and knowledge of various operating systems. This program promises to provide students with practical knowledge of cybersecurity career opportunities.
During the 10-week program, students participate in a variety of activities that develop their skills. During the first three weeks, participants attend intensive learning modules and gain a solid foundation in cybersecurity concepts. Then, week 4-7, students immerse themselves in a capstone project, applying their skills to real-world scenarios and promoting collaborative learning and problem-solving skills. The last stage, 8-10 weeks, focuses on advanced skills development sessions and hands-on experience in Security Operations Center (SOC) operations, providing participants with a deep understanding of advanced cyber security techniques and practices.
This structured approach ensures that participants gain a comprehensive understanding of cybersecurity, preparing them for a successful career in this dynamic field.
