AI Data Center Launched in Himachal Pradesh to Improve Learning
Chief Minister Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu, on Nov 24, inaugurated Vidhya Samiksha Kendra, an AI-based data storage center, to improve student learning in schools in Himachal Pradesh. Inaugurating the data center at his official residence here, Sukhu said that the latest innovations and advanced technologies are being introduced in the education sector to meet future challenges.
Vidhya Samiksha Kendra (VSK), a database powered by Artificial Intelligence (AI) SwiftChat, technology and data-driven system change in all schools of Himachal Pradesh, said.
The government plans to develop an education system that will allow students studying in government schools to be proud and alongside church school children and many changes have been made in the education sector from next week, the prime minister said in a statement issued here.
"Through the integration of AI technology and governance, the children will be equipped with powerful visualizations to enhance decision-making capabilities and improve learning outcomes. It will support all the students, teachers, and administrators with the right insights, content and updated information at the right time," Sukhu was quoted as saying.
EdTech partner ConveGenius is supporting VSK, Himachal Pradesh by hosting a variety of AI conversations similar to 'digital friends' on SwiftChat. Educate students, support teachers, and provide valuable data to administrators. The statement added that dashboards and reports will be provided for districts, blocks and individual schools.
