As per a recent study, irrespective of the availability of the financial resources most of the students chose part-time working to fund their education rather than depending on anyone else.

About 58 percent of the total students across the globe are currently working and studying concurrently out of which almost 12 to 13 percent of students are already working full-time jobs even before the completion of graduation. It is said that the number of students working part-time jobs has risen 2 percent since the last academic year. Instead of wasting time around with non-productive works, most of the students across the world prefer to work and study at the same time in order to gain expertise, experience, and financial strength even before starting their professional careers.
