Shirdi Sai Engineering College, Anekal celebrated its 13th Graduation Day
The 13th Graduation Day of Shirdi Sai Engineering College was held on 8 June 2014 at its campus located in Anekal. The Chief Guest for the Graduation Day ceremony was Dr. H G Shekharappa, Registrar (Evaluation), Visvesvaraya Technological University (VTU). He stated in his address that soft skills and team management were the major skills what the corporate sector was looking for in the students at the time of hiring. He asked them to put their hearts into whatever they do and said that the road to success was not smooth but can be achieved only through hard work.
Dr. Gururaj Karajagi, Chairman of Academy for Creative Teaching who was invited by the institute as a Guest of Honor told the graduates that students shouldn't think only of becoming successful by attaining wealth, position, strength or fame. He also stated that it is important that students must help the society selflessly and be remembered as those who have lived for others and not for themselves.
During his address, Sri Sai Prakash Leo Muthu who is the President, CEO and Managing Trustee of Sairam Group of Institutions extolled the graduates to aim big in life and contribute meaningfully to the society while becoming responsible citizens.
