Minerva Schools at KGI invite applications for its undergraduate program

Minerva Schools at KGI, offering a reinvented university experience for the brightest and most motivated students from around the world, today announced the opening of its admissions for the academic year 2017-2018.

Minerva, accredited by Western Association of Schools and Colleges (WASC), provides students the opportunity to choose from five different majors– Social Sciences, Computational Sciences, Natural Sciences, Arts and Humanities and Business. Each of the six majors further bifurcate into five or six different concentrations for students to choose from. For instance, business majors can choose from New Business Ventures, Scalable Growth, Enterprise Management, Brand Management, Strategic Finance and Managing Operational Complexity.

All classes at Minerva are intimate (with a maximum of 18 students), discussion - based and active learning seminars.

Minerva students live in seven major cities – San Francisco, London, Berlin, Buenos Aires, Seoul, Hyderabad and Taipei – during their four years of study, developing the nuanced perspective and understanding needed in the modern global economy. At each of these locations, students participate in site-specific programs that push them to apply concepts learned in class to real-world scenarios.

The programming in each city deepens student’s understanding of the academic material and reinforces practical skills while cultivating vital character traits like empathy, resilience, and accountability.

The tuition fee at Minerva is $12,500/year.

The online application form is free of cost and the selection will be based on merit. The last date for the submission of forms is March 15, 2017, for all courses.
