Karnataka entrance examination for PG medical and dental admissions, 2015

Since, the Department of Karnataka Medical Education has clarified that there will be no separate entrance exam for the private medical colleges in the state. An admission for PG courses of medical and dental, 2015-16 is open by the National Board of Examination for the Karnataka State Entrance Examinations.

As per the new rule and regulation, the in-service candidates will also have to appear for a single entrance examination. The department of medical education will be using the merit list of Karnataka students who have already prepared the India examinations. The counseling and allotment of PG seats of medical and dental stream will be taking accordingly to the reservation policy of government of Karnataka.

Therefore, all the medical and dental PG aspirants are informed to register for the AIPGMEE-201g online entrance examination that will be conducting from December 1, 2014 to December 6, 2014. An applicant can register online on or before October 10, 2014 along with the prescribed fees as per the notification issued by National Board of Examination.
The examination question pattern will be multiple-choice questions test, using computer network. The test comprises of 300 multiple choices, single correct response questions in English language only. There shall be no negative marking.

A computer-based test will conduct at various centers, precisely 33 cities in India.
