How to Prepare For AIIMS PG 2020?
One of the imperative exams for the medical graduates, AIIMS PG 2020 is almost knocking on the door. Conducted by the All India Institute of Medical Science, this exam offers admission to various AIIMS across India to MD, MS, M.Ch, DM, and MDS programs. Conducted twice every year, in 2 sessions i.e. January and July session, AIIMS PG 2020 exam for January session is scheduled to be held on the upcoming 17th of November. Only a few days left for the medical graduates to face the national level exam, the students must be on their toes with the last minute preparations. - Time Management: Students should manage their time in such a way that they must try to cover the entire syllabus before the exam. Maximum priority should be given to important topics that carry a higher weight of marks. For MD/MS courses, the topics that carry significance are Surgery, Orthopedics, E.N.T, and Anesthesia. For MDS courses, topics like Dental Anatomy, Endodontics, and Embryology holds maximum importance.
- Notes Preparation: One of the important aspects of preparation, preparing notes help students a lot during last-minute preparation. Highlighting the key points, such as the names of enzymes, microorganisms, diseases, drugs, and any complex nomenclatures will help the students remember and memorize easily. Apart from that practicing important diagrams can also help students to excel in complex subjects like anatomy and Microbiology.
- Mock Tests: Re-appearing in mock tests will acquaint the students with the time constraints of the exam. It will help students to solve maximum questions in minimum time limits which will be beneficial for them considering the vast set of syllabus.

Some Important Facts to Remember:
- The AIIMS PG 2020 will be held through online mode.
- The questions will be multiple-choice questions.
- The total number of questions for MD/MS paper will be 200 and 90 questions for MDS.
- For MD/MS the time duration of the exam will be 3 hours and for MDS it will be 90 minutes.
- For every correct answer, one mark will be awarded and for every incorrect answer, 0.33 marks will be removed.
