As a fresher, the overall experience that you gain from your first company will immensely impact on your working perspective. However, the candidates should understand that there are pros and cons in both places. For instance, a start-up where will endow you with a handsome salary, you will have to work more over there. Whereas, in MNCs despite you getting paid less salary, you will have a stable career and finance.
