Out of many different career options, the three most successful fields are engineering, commerce, and medical. Most of the students want to become an engineer or a doctor or a chartered accountant. There are different benefits and opportunities in these fields.

Engineering:

It is a field that revolves around scientific knowledge. Create, design, solve, and achieve are the main goals of engineering. It is a bachelor's course of 4 years and can be done in many different fields. There are different types of engineering, but the most significant ones are:

* Civil Engineering: They are mainly involved around infrastructure and constructions like roads, bridges, dams, buildings, and canals. These important projects are supervised under a civil engineer.

* Mechanical Engineering: They are the main source to convert one type of energy into another or one type of motion to another. Tasks like shafts and pulleys, joints and belts, cogs and levers are because of their input.

* Electrical Engineering: Electricity and electronics are the most important factors in today’s world. Computers, cameras, phones, and televisions are part of electrical engineering.

Medical:

Working in the medical field has lots of benefits with challenges too. The medical job will always flourish and healthcare professionals will also be in demand. Apart from becoming a doctor, there are many different fields in medical lines like physician assistants, home health aides, and nurses. Medical jobs are in demand worldwide and there are lots of travel opportunities also in this field. To become a doctor, one has to do a bachelor’s degree in medicine, which is for 4 years. Post completing bachelor’s degree MCAT test to be conducted, which includes subjects like biology, general chemistry, organic chemistry, and physics. Licensing is also required to become a physician as the last process. There are different kinds of doctor specialization such as dentists, gynecologists, orthopedics, dermatology, family and general practice, pediatrics and many more.

Commerce:

The field of commerce is very enormous and there are many opportunities in this field. Both science and arts subjects can be beneficial in the commerce field. With commerce, there are three best openings and they are chartered accountant, bachelor in business administration (BBA), and a bachelor of management studies (BMS). These degrees will give the perfect job with a handsome salary. A passionate chartered accountant is the requirement of every complex economic system. Students have to practice under full-fledged CA after completing their tests successfully. On the other hand, BBA graduates are skilled in marketing and planning strategies to run any company successfully. It is a graduation course for 3 years and after completing this, one can further do MBA, PGDM, or MMS. BBA graduates earn good paychecks and designation in any organization. BMS course also has lots of opportunities in the job market in the field of management. It is almost similar to BBA and doing an MBA after BMS will be surely an added advantage. There are also other fields to choose after 12th commerce like company secretary, LLB, Certified Financial Planner (CFP), and Cost and Management Accountant (CMA). Commerce has many scopes in banking, economics, law, corporate law, and company secretaryship.
