NEET MDS Cut-off Reduces by 23.029 Percentage for 2021-22
The Ministry of Health and Family Welfare has decreased the percentile for the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) MDS cut-off by 23.09 percentage. This has been done for both reserved and unreserved categories. As per official notification, currently, the new NEET MDS cut-off for the general category is 26.971 percentile, for the reserved category; it is 16.971 percentile and for the UR-PWD category, the NEET MDS cut-off is 21.971 percentage.
The health ministry has also asked that the National Board of Examinations (NBE) to release the revised NEET MDS result according to the currently reduced percentile. This is applicable for the academic year of 2021-22.

NEET MDS counselling:
- Counselling will be conducted for candidates who qualify for NEET MDS and admission will be given for PG on the basis of a merit list.
- The Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS) will conduct the NEET MDS for the 50% All India Quota seats.
