University of Glasgow Opens Applications for 2025 MBA Scholarships
Studying abroad for your MBA can be costly, with fees reaching up to Rs 1 crore. Some MBA courses even cost as much as Rs 1 crore in countries such as the UK. To relieve the financial challenge, several universities offer scholarships.
The University of Glasgow has introduced its MBA Scholarships for the 2025 intake. The Adam Smith Business School at the university offers the scholarship, which is a merit-based financial award aimed at supporting the most deserving candidates for a full-time MBA program at the university.
According to the university, candidates showing promise academically and leadership potential will be asked to submit an application and will also be interviewed for selection. This scholarship would be attractive for international candidates, including applicants from India, providing an excellent opportunity to pursue an academic degree in the UK without any financial burden.
Who can apply?
In order to apply for the scholarship:- Candidates must hold an unconditional offer of a place in the full-time MBA programme for the September 2025 intake. - Candidates must have had an interview for the MBA course.- Strong English-language skills are required.- We will prioritise Indian candidates who work or worked in banking, IT, or entrepreneurs.- Candidates must evidence their inclusive leadership, adaptability, and foresight.
How to apply?
Individuals who wish to apply for the scholarship must first apply to the MBA programme through the University of Glasgow website. Once they receive their offer letter, the next step is to submit a separate scholarship application through the applicant self-service portal. Scholarships are awarded on a rolling basis, there is no deadline. However, due to the limited budget and high competition, students are encouraged to apply early. The MBA programme will commence in September 2025.
