IIM Kozhikode, Emeritus launch CEO Programme

In view of this, the Indian Institute of Management Kozhikode (IIMK), ranked 3rd in the Ministry of Education's NIRF 2024 rankings, has partnered with Emeritus in the roll-out of the next cohort of the Chief Executive Officer Programme. A 12-month online certification program with Kellogg Executive Education modules, it aimed at experienced professionals-CEOs, founders, and senior executives-with more than ten years of work experience.
The program achieves its aim of equipping leaders to address the challenges of digital disruption, innovation Catalyzers, strategic transformation, and resilient, purpose-driven organizations. In the earlier cohorts, over 140 senior leaders have benefited from collaborative learning, networking, and industry-relevant insights. Participants enjoy the IIMK faculty's live online classes together with five days of campus immersion and business simulations, advanced modules on Artificial Intelligence, leadership, and innovation.
In this post-crisis landscape, where 79% of CEOs intend to modify their business strategies till the end of 2024 and growth remains a top priority (per the 2024 Gartner CEO Survey), this program offers timely and practical leadership development.
