GMAC Launches New Digital Admissions Tool for Aspiring Business Students
GMAC launches a new digital platform to assist business students and participants on their learning journeyAs interest in standardized testing declines, the Graduate Management Admission Council is making another major strategic move to diversify its portfolio of products. GMAC is launching an AI-powered platform to assist candidates on their business education journey.
The organization that oversees the GMAT exam, GMAC notes that the new tool--called "Advancery"---delivers what it refers to as "a holistic, personalized approach to connecting career aspirations, program assessment, and application strategy into one seamless experience." The platform will ultimately contain content around traditional business degree programs along with online programs, certificate programs, and independent courses. In the launch of the new platform GMAC is offering users a free seven-day trial, offering a $59 introductory price.
GMAC is planning to charge $129 for a full six-month subscription to the platform.According to GMAC, the platform features: Verified Program Data – Current insights from business schools around the world that have been validated via AI. Real Conversations, Real Insights – Analysis of millions of conversations that have transpired online from applicants, current students and alumni around program types, formats, length, and ROI.
