It plays a crucial role in the country's economic development, social mobility, and cultural enrichment. The diversity of higher education institutions in Chile provides students with a wide range of educational opportunities. In this issue, we have focused on the higher education landscape in North and South America.This issue features Universite du Quebec a Trois-Rivieres (UQTR), a prominent French-language university located in Trois-Rivieres, Quebec, Canada. Universite du Quebec a Trois-Rivieres (UQTR), established in 1969, is part of the Universite du Quebec network, known for its academic excellence and research contributions.
