Novel courses are being designed to impart new age skills of sales and marketing to students. In this issue, we have focused on this educational stream. The issue features SIES School of Business Studies (SIESSBS) which provides quality management education to budding professionals, the dynamic future managers of the 21st century. It began its journey as an offshoot of SIES College of Management Studies (SIESCOMS), which was established in 1995 with the launch of the MMS program. SIESSBS follows a world-class application-driven curriculum that makes liberal use of simulations and cases in its value-added courses that enhance students' capabilities for entering the global job environment. Also featuring in the issue is Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan Institute of Management Science, Kolkata which was started in the year 2000 under the aegis of Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan as a promising B-School under Maulana Abul Kalam Azad University of Technology (MAKAUT). BIMS Kolkata is a constituent unit of Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan which was founded by Kulapati Dr. K. M.
