The 1st and 2nd year students to receive this scholarship are termed as `Senior I'. 3rd year students and 4th year students are also eligible to apply for this scholarship. They will be called `Senior II'. NEST Nation Wide Education and Scholarship Test conducts a qualifying examination. The questions are based on the syllabus of classes 11 and 12, along with verbal aptitude, logical thinking and general knowledge. This is for Senior I.
