There are several job opportunities in the service industry for those with a degree in hotel management. In this issue we have focused on the Hotel Management education landscape in India. The cover story of this issue features Indian Culinary Academy. As the first culinary academy in Bangalore, it aimed to harness this potential, providing aspiring chefs a platform to unleash creativity, hone skills and embark on successful culinary journeys.
