| |9 September 2021HIGHERReviewrecommended to study a subject that will need lots of brain work, such as Math. This will help your brain to be engaged in solving problems, prevent you from drifting into sleep mode and utilize your time better. However, the subject should differ from the subject studied in session 1.5:15 PM to 7:30 PM (session 3) - Post 45 minutes of break, it's time for session 3. It is always advisable to include a few small breaks of 5 minutes as and when required and the subjects should be different from those studied in the earlier sessions. Take a one-hour break for dinner as well as to relax your mind. It is advisable to have a light and nutritious dinner. 8:30 PM to 10 PM - This should be your last study session. It's better to keep the final half an hour to revise the whole day's study material. Revising the content just before sleeping will help memorize important topics and remember them when initiating studies, the next day.
