Over 4000 higher education institutions provide a wide choice of courses at the bachelor's, master's, and doctoral levels in total across Europe. Universities in Europe are currently of greater quality than ever before as more and more of these institutions offer English as the language of instruction for at least some of their degree programmes. Universities in Europe offer a friendly welcome to foreign students and to give a course of knowledge that meets their profession needs in today's global demand.In this special issue, we have focused on the higher education landscape in Europe. The cover story of this issue features École d'Hôtellerie et de Tourisme du Luxembourg (EHTL. The institute offers a Diploma general secondary studies as well as Certificate of Advanced Technician in Hospitality Management.
