The homeland of the bullet trains, Nintendo Wii, instant noodles and karaoke, Japan is one of such countries which not only provides ample higher education opportunities to Indian students but also lets them bask in the rich cultural heritage. Being one of the most technologically advanced countries in Asia and world, Japan boasts of one of the best educational systems as well. The Japanese higher education system is exemplary in the world and there is no doubt about it. The Japanese commitment to research and development, combined with their hunger to be the most forward-thinking and innovative country in the world has led the country to produce 25 Nobel Prize winners, 22 of whom arrive from physics, chemistry and medicine.
